The responsibilities of the administrative director include in particular:

• study advice, advice in examination affairs,
• coordination and planning of lectures and seminars,
• central human resources affairs of the department (in particular: student assistants, research assistants),
• central fund management of the department,
• management of the Examinations Office Mathematics,
• coordination of the committees of the department (faculty council, commissions).
