Schedule and Organizational Notes
ISOLDE takes traditionally place in two different locations. For ISOLDE XVI we start on Sunday 25th in Kaiserslautern and continue in Baden-Baden where the conference ends with the dinner in the evening of Friday 30th. The transfer from Kaiserslautern to Baden-Baden is organized by the conference and included in the conference fee.
General Information for Kaiserslautern
On Monday, June 26 and Tuesday, June 27, all participants will have the opportunity to use the public transportation system in Kaiserslautern free of charge (click here for online timetable information).
We have prepared an overview map with the conference venue, the hotels listed and a few suggestions for dining out. In addition, the bus connections between the hotels and the conference venue are indicated. View Map

Get-Together Dinner (19:00)
Location: Twenty One, Maxstaße, 67657 Kaiserslautern (Google Maps)
We will dine together on the 21st floor of Kaiserslautern's town hall, with a breath taking panoramic view over the town. Please use the side entrance of the town hall. The dinner is included in the conference fee.
Nearest bus stop to the town hall: Kaiserslautern, Stadtmitte
Excursion and Transfer to Baden-Baden (08:15 - 19:00)
We will travel from Kaiserslautern to Baden-Baden. On the way we will make several visits (all costs are included in the conference fee).
There are two buses (Bus 1: Fraunhofer ITWM and B&B Hotel, Bus 2: Pfalztheater) that pick up the participants. Please make sure they get on the right bus. You will be assigned to one of the buses during registration.
Please be on time at the meeting point, we cannot wait for individual participants.

Farewell Dinner (19:00)
