Qualification Concept

The qualification concept of the RTG 1932 follows the following core principles:

Principle 1:Common general qualification with alternating roles
Principle 2: By young academics for young academics
  • soft skill courses und research skill courses (in cooperation with the TU Nachwuchsring)
  • self-organized meetings / workshops
Principle 3: Project-related special education
  • reading courses, lectures in small groups
  • regular lectures
