Qualification Concept
The qualification concept of the RTG 1932 follows the following core principles:
Principle 1:Common general qualification with alternating roles
- mandatory compact courses (Live and E-Learning)
Principle 2: By young academics for young academics
- soft skill courses und research skill courses (in cooperation with the TU Nachwuchsring)
- self-organized meetings / workshops
Principle 3: Project-related special education
- reading courses, lectures in small groups
- regular lectures
