Optimization Working Group goes IFORS

The 24th Conference of the International Federation of Operational Research Societies (IFORS) took place in Vienna from July 12 to July 17. Under the theme “Decision Support for a Sustainable World,” more than 2,500 participants presented their latest research findings in over 2,200 presentations. 

Our research group was also presented its research at IFORS. Prof. Anita Schöbel also participated in the panel discussion organized by the newly founded GLOW (Global Leadership in OR for Women) initiative.
